Appearance: Kin is tall and lanky, about 5'11", with light blonde hair that falls past his chin. His eyes are a forest green, and have the distinct Elven-like slant to them. His ears are long and pointed, from his Elven heritage. He has chiseled features, and very fair skin. He wears a lot of loose fitting shirts that he ties at the upper-arm, wrist, and waist to hold the fabric from getting in his way. He wears comfortable khakis tucked into leather boots. Kin only wears Earth-tones, because he won't feel comfortable in any other colors. He feels exposed to the whole world. Kin has a rather slight build; he's very skinny, but not all skin and bones. Everything on his is muscle, he's just lean.
Personnality: Kin is very cocky, very stubborn, and very immature. He thinks very highly of himself and his capabilities and heritage. He isn't rude to people on purpose, but if the topic ever comes up about Who is Better than Who, he won't give up until he proves himself to be the best. Mostly this is just a facade. He feels he needs to be the best to protect the people around him because he doesn't want to lose anyone again. But he still thinks he's rather handsome ^^. Kin has never had many relationships or girlfriends because 1. He is a bit of a flirt and 2. He gets a bit annoying. He has the mentality of a kindergardener when it comes to foreplay and courting, i.e annoying and teasing and picking on the girl(s) he thinks are attractive or he likes. So not many of the Renaissance women get along to well with Kin.
History: Kin was born in Nisina Glade to a clan of Forest Elves. This type of Elf is very in-touch with nature and with themselves. Kin's father raised him using the staff and short-sword, but to only kill in self defense. When he was little, Kin was a very sweet and kind boy. It was only when the Cheval attack Nisina did he change. His father hid Kin so well that the Cheval couldn't detect him or find him. Kin saw his father killed, and when his mother refused and tried to protect his sister, she was killed also. The Cheval took Selenity and Kin never saw her again. Kin crawled out of the hiding spot and curled up on his used to be parent's bedroom and stayed there. He was only about 12 in Human years at the time, and he lied in that burnt down room for about two months until the leader of the Renaissance found him and took him in. Kin recovered and vowed vengeance on the Cheval, his mind and life changed forever.
