Thomas, when she was 20. They had married at the age of 23 and moved
to Broome, Australia. Sarah was a great horsewoman and ran a training
camp for the Australian Olympic Equestrian team. Alysa was, more or
less, raised in the barn with the horses. She showed amazing talent
at a very young age and her parents recognized it. At the age of 6,
Alysa began riding the Showing currcit. By the age of 10 she was
competing with men and woman twice her age, and winning. When Alysa
turned 15 her parents and herself began to travel the world, Alysa
won shows all over the world. The Australian Olympic Equestrian Team
joined uher one and Alysa was the youngest girl in Australian history
to go to the Olympic's. She won several events and her team own the
gold. Alysa went home to Broome a hero. Not long after she packed her
bags and left for Japan. She had been offered a job to train the
Japanese Equestrian team. She still has the job today and really
enjoys it. One night she was attacked in the park near her home. Alysa
had picked up a solid branch and had beaten the guy back, since then
she has taken Kendo lessons and has excelled quickly.
