Hair
-Most hair needs to be washed daily
       -If your hair is oily, use body amplifying shampoo & conditioner
       -If your hair is dry, use a moisturizing shampoo and & conditioner (they have all kinds to suit your hair type!^_^)
Facial
-Don't touch your face (unless you have to, for like putting makeup on and washing it, otherwise, don't!).  Picking/touching will only irritate your skin causing it to secrete more oil and we all know what that means--pimples.>.<

-Do yoga and anything else that helps relieve stress.  Some believe that stress has more to do with your complexion than how clean it actually is.

-Drink lots of water
Mini Exercises
For the so-called best butt ever:
Standing straight, arms at side, feet together, pull one knee up to chest and kick out really quick.  Rotate.

For a quick tummy fix (it'll make your tum look better for a few hours and it'll keep it looking better longer if you do it daily):
Lay on the floor--back pressed against the ground--not arched upward, arms at side, pull left knee up to chest while the right arm goes above your head to rest horizontally a couple inches above the ground, reverse into original stance and bring the right leg up with the left arm and so on.

Movie Etiquette:  Please don't be loud and obnoxious.  That's an obvious one.  Also, if someone has a loud, irritating laugh, be mature and put up with it, they usually can't help it.

Bathroom Etiquette:  Cleaning up after yourself is a must.  Nobody likes getting toilet paper--or worse--stuck to their shoes. o.o
Manners
I am merely a teenager, you might not want to take all of this too seriously--the info is just about odds and ends I've learned that work for me.
