I want so badly to touch you
Maybe your hands
Maybe your lips
To feel the warmth of your breath pushing through your holding skin
Or further and deeper to the pulsing of blood flowing through each tangled vein
I know I was looking
The night I fell
Into you before I realized
The thin layer of eyelashes and your eyelids sealed as you sleep
May be ready to break
May be taking a break
But Ive never seen you move
So maybe you dont
Or I am that statue
Standing in the past
Still something in your breathe is screaming down my back
Im not quite sure if Im hearing it clearly
Not quite sure if Id want to
Passing by
Walking through shadows and air mist across the sidewalks
I hope I see you
To quickly brush by in the silent distance of a stranger
Or caught by the rhythm and chaos within the gentle wind of your path
Tossing and turning
Soaring and floating
And maybe this is far to complexly direct
Too lost to secrete
Consider this a prayer of thanks
A plead of forgiveness
Into fear
In the dawning spark lining
I want to reach you
So badly to feel
