Sizing Guidelines for Children’s and
Adults’ Jewelry

Please Note: The
following sizes are only meant to be a guideline! If
you are larger or smaller than average, we
encourage you to measure yourself before buying.
Infants (newborn to 2
years):
Necklaces should
be approximately 10-12 inches in length (use a tape measure to
determine neck
size and add 1 ½ inches for clasp). Make
sure the necklace is not tight around the neck.
It should fall to slightly below the collarbone.
Bracelets should
be approximately 3-4 inches (use a tape measure and add 1 inch).
Young Ladies (2-12 years):
Necklaces should
be approximately 12-14 inches in length (use a tape measure to
determine neck
size and add 1 ½ to 2 inches for clasp).
Make sure the necklace is not tight around the neck. It should fall to slightly below the
collarbone.
Bracelets should
be approximately 4-6 inches (use a tape measure and add 1 1/1 inch for
a fitted
bracelet; 2 inches for a loose bracelet).
Adults :
Necklaces should
be measured for desired length. Use a
tape measure to determine size. As with
all jewelry, the type and size of clasp will change the length of a
necklace or
bracelet.
Bracelets should
be measured for desired length. Use a
tape measure for length and add 1 ½ inches for a snug fit and 2
inches for a
loose fit.
Universal Sizes:
Necklaces:
Choker—12-15” (fits
tight on or really close to the neck) a 16” chain will generally fall
at or
below the collarbone.
Princess—18-20”
(generally falls to lay on the breastbone).
Matinee—24”
(generally falls to top of stomach).
Opera—30-36”
(generally falls to middle of stomach to hips).
Desirable necklace
length for men is 16-18 inches. Always
measure for best fit.
Anklets:
9-11” (use a tape
measure and add 1 to 1 ½ inches for best
fit)
Bracelets: 7-9”
for women
9-11”
for men.
Warning! Jewelry is
not recommended for children under the age of 6 due to choking
hazards.
Do not allow jewelry to be placed in
mouth. Please supervise at all times if
using for special occasions or special photos.
Jewelry is not a toy!
Do not wear magnetic or
magnetic clasp jewelry if you have a
pacemaker, use any type of Medication dispensing patch, or wear an
insulin pump
as the magnets may interfere with these devices.
