VOTING HAS BEGUN! PLEASE GO VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE ROCKSTAR!
1. The doll must be made completely by you (i.e. no drag & drops)
2. No frakendolling other dolls to make your entry.
3. I prefer a transparent image in .gif form, BUT if you can't produce this, I can do it for you if you only ask.
4. No images larger than 200x300 pixels.
5. Any base may be used, with appropriate credit, of course.
6. When you email me your entry at [email protected] include the following:
Doll Name (if it has one)
Base Credit (Your entry will not be accepted if there is no credit!)
URL (Your site URL)
Your Name (Self explanitory)
7. Animation is acceptable but please keep it under 4 frames.
8. Backgrounds are acceptable as long as they don't go out side of the specified 200x300 limit.
9. Due date is set for August 31, but could be extended for more entries.
10. Most importantly...HAVE TONS OF FUN! :D

Awards will be received for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Mandy's Choice, People's Choice, and everyone gets a participation award :D The Fair Vote Project will be judging for 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
