1-16-2001 Coming home on the subway the other day, the conductor repeatedly announced� �E Train to Jamaica�.. Making extra stops.� The E is an express train. I pondered what extra stops we would be making and wondered why he didn�t mention which extra stops they would be. As it turned out, we never did make any extra stops. Bet he meant to say �Making express stops", not �extra stops.� Whatcha think? |
