INJURY OR MISHANDLING ) a puppy of equal value will be exchanged. Proof of the above must be in the form of a letter from the examining veterinarian explaning the cause of birth defect.
Upon return of puppy, there could be a waiting period depending wether or not there are any available puppies at this time.
Life threating hereditary defects : guarantee up to one year of age.
Life threating infectious disease : guarantee up to twelve days after date of sale.

The breeder will replace this puppy by six months of age if it dies due to any hereditary problems, if the following conditions are met.
