If your veterinarian should find that this puppy has a life threatening birth defect ( NOT INJURY OR MISHANDLING) a puppy of equal value will be exchanged. Upon return of puppy, there could be a waiting period depending whether or not there are any available puppies at this time. Proof of the above must be in the form of a written letter from the examining veterinarian explaining the cuase of bith defect. No exchanges will be made after this period.
Life threatening genetic defects : guarantee to one year of age.
This will not cover things like mange, allergies or any other treatable problem that are not genetic and life threating.
Life threatening infectious disease : guarantee for twelve days.
This will cover for Parvo and Distemper.
Breeder will replace this puppy with the next avaiable like prospect only if the folling conditions are met.
a. Buyer must consult with Breeder within 24 hours of death.
b. Buyer must have an autopsy performed by the Breeders veterinarian or Breeders vet of choice within 24 hours of death.
c. Under no circumstances is Breeder (seller) to be held responsible for medical services.
No color or size guarantee is made for this puppy.
No Stenotic Nares or Enlongated Soft Palate guarantee is made for this puppy.
AKC papers will be mailed to purchaser.
a. Only if seller has not yet received them from AKC at time of new ownership transfer.
If within a year of owning this puppy, you decide you cannot care for it, for any reason, you must contact me and return the puppy. No refund will be given. This is to make sure that our puppies will not end up in a shelter. I will place or help you place the puppy in a loving home.
The seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after it leaves the premises for medical, mortality, landlord disapproval, allergy to animals or any other reasons not specifically stated in this document.
