It's best if you write the sermon in an outline. That's how I wrote mine. But first you have to know what you are writing on (duh!) Also, you have to have an intro like you do for an essay. And also for your introductory sentence, make it a question, a silly question that don't even relate to what your preaching. For example: How many of you can fall of a building and your feet will be the first to touch ground like a cat? These are just a few tips.
