What I managed to get: faux suede in brick red, beige and brown; 1 inch ribbon in bluey-purple, yellow and royal blue; 1/8 inch ribbon in dark blue; mustard yellow broadcloth, 2 spools of thread, 3 metres of slate-blue Premier lining, 1 metre of covered boning, 2 pcs each of black and white felt. |

| So, I do love gunner Yuna, and am more or less done with that costume now. Then the bug hit me! I adore this costume, and it's a little more rare. The shaping is awesome, I love the sleeves and corset-style top, and of course, I already have a ponytail! More to Come! |

| I have been working my butt off on this costume. I spent most of Friday on the skirt. It fits great, but the 3 layers are a bit bulky. Also, I'm thinking about reducing the amount of blue fabric that I used for the drapey part at the sides and back. The corset came out splendidly, mostly due to the fact that I finally found my measuring tape. Still to be added: buckles and ribbons onto the skirt, and grommets and details on the corset. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Ah, the joy of persnickety felt. Putting the felt embellishments and eyelets onto the corset was an exercise in frustration. But here it is, along with the skirt in some photos. I needed to make sure that everything "lined up" so to speak! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
