Chocolate Amaretto Mousse with and without cherry bits
Thanks to Greg and Myrna, we had a huge jar of maraschino cherries that had been soaking in amaretto for a year or so. We used some of the liqueur to make the mousse, and then chopped up some of the cherries to add to half of the mousse. Not a favorite, but definitely good.
