Citrus-Pineapple Salsa

1 md red grapefruit peeled/chopped
1 md red bell pepper, diced
1 sm orange, peeled/chopped
8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 sm jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 tb chopped fresh cilantro
1 ts ground cumin
2 tb fresh lime juice


CINDY SAYS: I left out the jalapeno, because I hate spicy things, and like my salsa extremely mild. Also, this recipe says to use it as a topping/side for a chicken dish, but I'm just serving it as a salsa with chips.

LYNDA SAYS: This was really good. I very much liked the combination of flavors. The plain tortilla scoops were the right accompaniment, too. 8)

EMILY SAYS: Quite good, although I would have used the jalapenos. >:)
