CAULIFLOWER
SALAD

Ingredients:
1 head of lettuce,
broken up
1 head of
cauliflower, cut up into florets
1 sliced onion
1 lb bacon, fried
crisp, then broken up
2 cups Miracle Whip
⅓ cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Using a large
plastic bowl with tight cover, put ingredients in layers as they are listed
above. Seal tight. Toss before serving. If you want to use part of this salad, dip
straight down and put into another bowl and mix. Serves quite a large group.
This can be prepared the day before - but again, do not toss until ready
to serve.
