PECAN PUFFS

Ingredients:

 

Cookies:                                                               Topping:

½ lb unsalted butter                                                icing sugar or melted chocolate

4 tsp icing sugar

2 cups flour

2 cups crushed pecans

2 tsp vanilla

 

Directions:

 

Cream together butter and sugar.  Add flour, pecans and vanilla.  Roll paste into 1 inch balls.  Cook on greased and floured baking sheets for 30 minutes at 350°.  Sprinkle with icing sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate after removing from oven.
