HAZELNUT STAR COOKIES

Ingredients:

 

½ lb unsalted butter

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

2 full cups hazelnuts

pinch of salt

 

Directions:

 

Grind hazelnuts in food processor.  Set aside.  Cream together butter and sugar thoroughly.  Gradually add remaining ingredients.  Roll out cookie dough to a ½" thickness.  Cut with star shaped cookie cutter.  Bake in oven at 350° until cookies are lightly browned.
