CHOCOLATE
CHIP SHORTBREAD

Ingredients:
1 ¼ lb butter
2 ½ cups brown sugar
¾ tbsp vanilla
½ tsp coffee extract
5 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 lb chocolate chips
Directions:
Beat together flour
and butter until fluffy. Mix in
flavorings. Stir in flour and baking
powder. Stir in chocolate chips. Press dough on a cookie sheet to ½"
thickness. Bake at 350° until
golden. Cut into 1" squares before
cooling.
