CHEESE
CAKE

Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
5 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
½ tsp vanilla
Graham crackers
Directions:
Butter an 8" pan and dust with Graham cracker
crumbs. Set aside. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer
until very smooth. Add sugar and beat
until smooth. Add lemon juice and
vanilla and stir well with mixer. Beat
eggs in separate bowl and add to mixture and fold in by hand. When mixture is blended, put in prepared
pan. Sprinkle Graham cracker crumbs on
top of cheese cake. Bake at 350° for 30 – 40 minutes. Center should be slightly shaky. Cool pan until completely cold. Serve.
