SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC, OIL AND SHRIMP

Ingredients:

 

˝ lb Spaghetti

1 small hot red pepper, diced

3 to 4 cloves of garlic (garlic quantity may vary, depending on if you’re planning to sleep alone)

2 tbsp olive oil

˝ lb shrimp, de-veined and cut in half

 

Directions:

 

Cook pasta and set aside.  Brown garlic and shrimp in olive oil using a deep frying pan.  Add hot pepper.  Add cooked pasta.  Toss together and serve topped with freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese.

 

Note:  You can substitute the shrimp with Calabrese or Genoa salami for a different taste.
