SAUSAGE SANDWICHES

Ingredients:

 

3 to 5 lbs of Italian sausage

2 to 3 small cans of tomato paste, equal amounts of water

2 green bell peppers, sliced

3 to 4 medium white onions, sliced

 

Directions:

 

Brown sausage.  Cook peppers and onions until soft.  Combine sausage, peppers, onions, tomato paste and water.  Simmer for approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours.  Serve on fresh buns.
