HAM LOAF

Ingredients:

 

Ham Loaf:                                                            Glaze

1½ lbs ground ham                                                ¾ cup light brown sugar

1 lb ground pork                                                     ¼ cup water

2 eggs                                                                   ¼ cup cider vinegar

1 cup bread crumbs                                                 ½ tsp dry mustard

1 cup milk

salt & pepper to taste

 

Directions:

 

Combine meat ingredients and shape into loaf.  Place in a shallow baking pan.  Combine glaze ingredients and cook approximately 5 minutes over medium heat.  Pour glaze over ham loaf and bake 1½ - 2 hours at 325° - 350°.  Baste every 15 minutes.
