ELEPHANT
STEW
Contributed by: Debra Dinnocenzo
Ingredients:
1 large elephant
2 rabbits
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut elephant into
bite size pieces – this should take approximately 2 months. Place elephant bits into a VERY large
pot and cover with brown gravy. Cook over
kerosene fire for about 4 weeks at 465°.
This will serve 3800 people. If
more are expected, two rabbits may be added.
Do this only if necessary, as most people do not like to find hare
in their stew.
