CRUSTLESS
QUICHE

Ingredients:
½ pound of bacon
(about 9 or 10 slices), cooked and crumbled
(you can also use Canadian bacon or
ham)
1 cup Swiss cheese
¼ cup minced onions
4 eggs
1 cup evaporated
milk
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Sprinkle bacon,
cheese and onions into a 9" glass pie plate. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together until well blended. Pour over bacon mixture. Bake in microwave on medium-high for 9 to 11
minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Turn dish half way through cooking. Let stant 1 minute and serve.
