CHICKEN
PAPRIKA

Ingredients:
½ lb penne pasta
1 tbsp butter
2 skinless, boneless
chicken breasts
1 large onion,
finely chopped
1 clove of garlic,
minced
2 tsp paprika
½ tsp curry powder
½ cup sour cream
½ cup cream
salt and pepper to
taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according
to directions. Meanwhile, melt butter
in a frying pan. Cut chicken into
bite-sized pieces. Add butter and sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add onion and garlic. Sprinkle with seasoning and stir frequently
over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in
sour cream and cream. Cover and turn
off burner.
Once pasta is
drained, immediately toss with chicken mixture until well mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
