Lamb Club Minutes February 19, 2004
The meeting was called to order at 7:25pm.
The following members were present: Heather, Philip, Blake, Zak, Melissa, Charlie, Sarah, Breanne, Skylar, Stephanie, Katelyn, Stacy, Jessica, Erica, Maegan, Greg, Tracy, Jenny.

Meetings this year will be held at 7:30pm, on the third Thursday of
every month at the Freedom Township Hall.
The fair this year is scheduled for July 6-10.
All clubs will be under one, 30x120 tent this year. Each club will have
their own entrance.
Application Forms and the $25 dollars are due by the March meeting.
Give money and application to Mr. Wootke.
If you have not yet thanked your buyers from last year, please do so soon. ______________________________________________________________
Lamb Purchasing- This year we will purchase the lambs from Mr. Rohem, because he has a nice flock this year and will have enough for us. Date of pick up has not yet been decided, most likely late March or early April.
The price has not yet been decided but has gone up this year.
Fundraisers?- Some possible ideas may include another raffle for a wool blanket, candy bars, pretzels, or selling coupon books. Mr. Schaible is going to look into the blanket. We may do more than one fundraiser.. If you have any ideas please share them with the club.
Lamb Club Shirts- Look into shirts for the club, the types of shirts available are Polo shirts and T-shirts with 36 colors to choose from. If you have an idea for a design draw it out and bring it to the March meeting so we can vote on a design. The more shirts we order the price will go down.
