PRE-REGISTRATION  - Saturday, May 22^nd

OPEN REGISTRATION - Saturday, June 12^th

LAST CHANCE REGISTRATION - Saturday, June 19^th

 

Registration Fees:

Flag Football & Cheerleaders (ages 5-7) - $55.00

Tackle Football & Cheerleaders (ages 7-15) - $100.00

 

All registrants MUST have the following to register:

t              Birth Certificate

t              Final Report Card

t              Recent (within 2 years) photo

t              Registration Fee

t              Proof of 2004 Physical
