| Another year! Here are the registration dates for 2004. May 22, 2004 10:00 to 2:00 returning kids June 12 and 19 10:00 to 2:00 open registration First Care is offering physicals for $8.00 to all Wildcat players on June 12 and 19 registration dates at First Care, Cortez Rd. from 8:30am to 12:30 on both of the above registration days. After you have your physicals you can come over to the registration and sign your kids up. Registration will be held at the field. Everyone will need to have the following in order to register... 1. Picture of themselves. 2. Physical (except for the returning players that sign up in may that will be using first care). 3. Birth certificate (returners bc will be on file) 2004 final report card (returners signing up in may will not have this). Important Notice! All paper work must be turned in at the time of registration including Birth certicate, physical and fees. Photos will be taken at registration. Final Report Card will be due at time of registration for the new players, the only registration where we will not require report cards is Pre Registration on May 22nd for returning player because they will not have them at this time.
