In the last series, the Miami Manatees split the decisions, winning one and losing one in Alabama. Newcomer Greg LeColst and steady Oak Hewer each had 5 points in the Jan. 10th 7-3 romp over the Slammers, while Sean Weaver stopped 30 of 33 shots in the win.
