Miami Manatees Press ReleaseYour Manatee Season Tickets have been printed up!The Manatees are offering several different delivery options for the upcoming season. Due to other team�s challenges in the past with packages lost in the mail, address changes, and the overall challenge of tracking packages, what follows are ticket pick-up options for 2003-2004.Option #1: The Manatees opening night is November 8th at 7:05pm. Season ticket holders can pick up their tickets at a special window at the Miami Arena box office before the game. Individuals named on the ticket accounts should make sure to bring a photo ID. Option #2: Fans can stop into the Manatees office from 8:00am to 5:00pm, located at the Miami Arena at 701 Arena Blvd, and pick up their ticket packages starting Tuesday, November 4th. Please remember to bring a photo ID. It is suggested that you call before coming to the office. Option #3: If any of the above options are unacceptable or inconvenient, tickets may be mailed to your residence via the US Postal Service without any additional surcharges. Ticket holders must contact the Manatees front office to exercise this option, either by phone at 305-536-7825 or e-mail us at [email protected]. In order to expedite the process, Season ticket holders requesting that the tickets be sent out, to contact us by 2:00 Tuesday, November 4th. If you choose Option#3 and your tickets do not get to you in time, you will still be able to get in for the opening night game due to your name being on record. In order to ensure that you get your tickets, the Manatees highly recommend Options #1 or #2. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We are looking forward to a great 2003-2004.
