Come Tailgate with the Manatees

October 9th at FIU Miami Manatees Press Release The Miami Manatees hockey team will be tailgating in style for the upcoming Florida International University (FIU) football game against Stephen F. Austin. Come out and join the Manatees office staff and players on Thursday, October 9th as we tailgate in the Southeast corner of Lot 6 in preparation for the Golden Panthers match up with Stephen F. Austin. Tailgating will start around 5:00pm for the 7:00pm game. The Manatees will be giving out prizes, posters, and the players will be available for autographs. A limited number of free tickets to the Manatee section at the stadium are available, and can be reserved by calling the Manatees at 305-536-7825 x 106. Manatee players and Manashe the Mascot will be running out onto the field with the FIU Golden Panthers team and their mascot, Roary at 6:30pm and will enjoy the game from the sidelines. Game time is 7:00 PM. The FIU Stadium is located at SW 8th and 112th Avenue. Call 866-FIU-GAME for more information. Parking is free. The Miami Manatees will face off against the Alabama Slammers, Jacksonville Barracudas, Lakeland Loggerheads, Macon Trax, and Orlando Seals in the WHA2�s inaugural season.
