PROMOTIONAL AGENCYA new Mini growth center is proposed by the Madhya Pradesh Government in District Neemuch to be promoted at Tehsil Manasa through Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Indore) Limited (MPAKVN (I) Ltd.) Indore. MPAKVN (Indore) Ltd. is a specialized state government corporation promoted for the development of industrial areas, and infrastructure facilities, in the western part of the state, it is one among the six such corporations, promoted by the state government for industrial development activities in different regions of the state.
Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Indore) Limited was incorporated as a public Limited Company on 16th November, 1981 under the Companies act, 1956 as a wholly owned subsidiary known as MPSIDC formerly known as M.P.Aydyogik Vikas Nigam LImited (MPAVN).
MPSIDC is the state industrial development corporation and is working as an apex organization for various industrial development and promotional activities in the state. The state Government has developed six corporations for specialized industrial activities relating to promotion and development of industrial estates, basic infrastructure facilities and for the regular maintenance, administration and management of such development. MPAKVN (Indore) Ltd. is one among the same, M.P.Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Indore) Ltd. has its corporate head office at Indore and has developmental activities in surrounding districts of western part of Madhya Pradesh State.
Since, 1982 the AKVN has been actively engaged in various development activities, conducting industrial potential survey and development, planning and implementation of industrial estates growth centres in nearby areas. So far MPAKVN (Indore) Ltd has developed/developing the following industrial estates namely:
1. Industrial Area, Dewas, Dist. Dewas
2. Expert Promotion Industrial Park at Pithampur Dist. Dhar
3. Food park at Nimrani, Dist. Khargone
4. Food Park at Jaggakhedi, Dist. Mandsaur

MPAKVN operates and maintains industrial estates in various districts of Madhya Pradesh. These estates are self-contained sanctuaries capable of sustaining a large number of industries within themselves. A MPAKVN estate can be notified as a "Notified Area", to function as an independent body, thereby avoiding multiple taxation problems. Notified Areas do not come under the jurisdiction of local self-governing bodies. Among the various growth centres developed so far, by the MPAKVN (Indore) Phenomenal success of growth center Pithampur is well known.
The corporation is managed through board of directors, besides the regular management and administration under the directions of a whole time Managing Director. Board of the Corporation comprises directors nominated by the state government from different departments concerned with Industrial development as below:
Besides the nominated Directors and designated Managing Director, the Managing Director of the holding company (MPAVN) is the chairman of the Board of Directors. Corporation has well organized staffing pattern for administrative and engineering activities. Present AKVN staff, comprises 150 persons in administration and 200 persons in various engineering branches, including field staff at various growth centres.
The corporation AKVN has also sound financial base and capabilities. Present share capital and equity base of the corporation is Rest. 165 lakhs. It has about 900.00 lakhs cash in bank and as inter corporate deposit with its holding company MPSIDC development work i.e. construction of road, surface drain, culverts & building and water supply scheme is executed on behalf of State government the same is not considered for the purpose of assets as also the equity based of corporation.
The corporation has full support and openhearted co-operation for all its development activities from the parent company M.P.State Industrial Development Corporation as well as from the state Government.
