  Sailorpluto is probably the Senshi you see the least of,
   aside from Sailorsaturn. As someone once said, "when
  you see Sailorpluto appear, you know all hell is about to
  break loose." She is probably the second most powerful
   Senshi. (Hey, she CAN stop time, after all.) Pluto
   constantly carries around her time staff, (it's needed to
   preform her attacks) and it also doubles as your standard metal
  weapon. (Like Tuxedo Kamen's cane.) All of her attacks involve time, mist, that sort of stuff.
  Sailorpluto also usually appears along with the other Outer Senshi, Sailors Neptune and Uranus
                           (and occasionally, Saturn.)
