Raye is a very tempermental, spiritualistic sort of person. She believes deeply in her religion, (she's Shinto) and that's where her fire readings and "Akuryou Taisan" come from. Rei lives and works in a temple with her Grandfather, and this is where the girls usually get together to study, hang out, and hold meetings. She attends T*A Academy, a Girl's Private school,and everyone there basically seems to worships the ground she walks on. She tends to have a MAJOR attitude, and doesn't really settle for anything but her way. Rei is probably Usagi's harshest critic, and refuses to tolerate Usagi's tardiness, laziness, so on and so forth. But despite all of this, Rei is probably closer to Usagi than anyone else, and finally learns to accept Usagi as the leader of the Sailor Senshi.  She first appeared on Sailor Moon, episode 10.  She is the second strongest Sailor Scout.
