Chibimoon is the future Senshi of the Moon, and
           Sailormoon's sucessor. Because of this, she can usually be
            seen in Sailormoon's shadow half the time. Since she is
           only a Senshi-in-training, her attacks don't really seem to
            do anything much. (They are useful at times, they just
              don't _do anything_.) In the fourth season, nearly
everything she does is done with Sailormoon (attacks/transformations,
etc.) so she does get more of a showing. Still, she is the heir to a whole
lot of power, and its easy to tell that she feels very strongly about what she's doing, so someday she
                   might not be such a bad Sailormoon after all. ^_-
