We all arrived at the Rock Climbing Centre in Ranger uniform. We had saved up 2 for 1 tokens and used them to get a cheaper price. Unfortunately K2 who we were enrolling was late.
A quick lesson on belaying and I was first up the beginners wall with Agoo belaying me. Everyong had a go at the beginners walls that went straight up. Agoo went a bit of the way up before she didn't like the height. K2 went up to the top, then came back down to Agoo's comfort level to be enroled, with Busby belaying her. At ground level all the badges were pinned on.
I zipped up the beginners wall but unfortunately my belaying skills weren't so good and Slick Chick hit the floor. Oops. Some had a go at the harder walls, K2 easily scaling to the top.
By 8:30 Camel, K2, Bananna, Pixzee, Nutella Chick, Slick Chick, Busby, Agoo and I were ready to leave and other climbers had taken the spaces we were using. All in all we had a very good time.
