Center for Management of Conflict has pleasure to announce vacancy (notice nr: 02-05/1005) available for the post of Co-facilitators, which will carry out the duties as described below for the project �Win the unknown - Get to know the others� .

The co-facilitators will be responsible to help the core two trainers in designing and performing sucessfuly 5 youth leadership courses in time frame of six months.

Tasks and responsibilities:

� In coordination with the trainers and under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator, the incumbent will co-facilitate the conferences in the field of peace-building;
� Participate in designing a comprehensive training program specifically tailored for the students in the high schools coming from the post conflict areas in the north-western part of country;
� Fully cooperate with other trainers, experts, co-facilitators and organiser of the program;
� Provide support to the project coordinator in organizing and facilitating a transparent interview process in the selected secondary schools (Kumanovo, Skopje, Tetovo, Gostivar, Struga), for the effective identification and selection of potential young leaders;
� Prepare co-facilitators� reports after the implementation of each training, to be submitted in writing to Centre for Management of Conflicts;
� When appropriate, provide advice to the project coordinator to deal with bottlenecks in the process of training as well as in the process of technical implementation of the project;
� Give suggestions and recommendations for further development of the program, as requested and appropriate;
o After the implementation of each basic seminar, provide feedback on the on-going activities and training process to the project coordinator, including suggestions and recommendations for following conferences and further development of the program;
� Maintain good relations and regular communication with the project stakeholders;
� Perform any other task as required by the project coordinator.

Qualifications:
-     High school degree or higher;
-     Familiar with the youth leadership program, preferably member of YLC (through previous participation in the conferences);
-     Project and organizational skills and experience, preferably within the framework of national or international NGOs� activities;
- Familiar with peacebuilding issues;
- Presentation skills and experience, preferably related to peacebuilding topics;
-    Good interpersonal and communication skills;  
-    The incumbent will be self-motivated, self-disciplined, well organized, a good team�player, able to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment;
-    Excellent computer skills including use of internet/ e-mail application and MS-Office software.
