Terms & Conditions:
1.The subscription of database is non-refundable and non-returnable. However, it is exchangeable when agreed by both parties because we believe that the data might have been copied to customer's hard disk. All data are already tested before sending to customers.

2.The data will be sent to the customer’s mailbox by email attachment if the order quantity is 500,000 or below upon receiving payment. If the order quantity is above 500,000, the data will be sent by airmail unless the customer has special instruction.
4.The Customer can use the mailing list for their own purpose.
5.We (Sikilink Int’l and Pacific International Management) do not responsible for any business activities done by our customers. The addresses are for customer's own use.

6.Customer is not allowed to copy and resell the addresses.
7.Customer cannot disclose the source of the addresses (supplier of the addresses) to your customers.
8.We do not responsible for any loss of data or bad data created by the customer.
9.We’ll keep on updating the data and provide the best services. The actual number of addresses given to you will be more than what you have ordered to cover back some error or duplicate email addresses. Also, the sending problems may due to a lot of technical reasons. The customer cannot complain about the validity of the addresses.
11.Customer should understand that your marketing result is affected by a lot of factors e.g.: the content of your sales letter…We do not guarantee the response / result of your email marketing.  
12.Customer needs to use the data carefully and wisely and take note of the terms & Conditions of your ISP. We do not responsible for any problems that may be arisen by customer when using the data.
13.All our CDs are absolutely Virus FREE.
14.The customer has agreed our terms & Conditions once the customer subscribe our services or make payment.
