| Ans: All in text format and very easy to manage, you can just open a new folder in your hard disk, copy and save them to your folder. You don't need to install or set up. | Ans: There are many broadcasting software in internet. You can download them FREE. For more advanced software, you may need to purchase (not expensive, don't worry). We cannot sell the bulk mail software together because of the copy right. However, You can refer to our README and INFO file in CD1 on how and where to download the software. | Ans: Definitely, the CDs are Exchangeable (but not returnable because we believe that the CDs might have been copied by customer). If you have problems, please email us first.
