| Mizuki Yusuke The main character of this anime. He is still in school, at Kusanagi High, and has no parents, but has a place of his own, 4 friends, and a part-time job. He lies to his friends and land-lord that Rouge is his sister so he can hide the truth about Rouge and others to avoid trouble for him, Rouge, and her sisters. Since Rouge lives with him, he also became a target of Rouge's enemies. Ever since Rouge came, he felt he had a family, and he liked it. Despite of all the troubles, he doesn't want to lose her. | Rouge (Princess of the Underworld) She fell from the sky, fell on Yusuke, and got amnesia. She now lives with him, until she gets her memory back. She understands how Yusuke cares for her and why he lies. She gets emotional when he lies, but Yusuke explains. When Yusuke's life is threatened she shows great power in her but she doesn't know how to control it. Her enemies want to capture her, under the orders of Master Raiga, because she has a key inside her that he needs. P.S. Yusuke notices she almost looks like his mother. Voice: Kikuchi Shiho |

| Meiga Her color is white/blue, and she is the more passive one. Her main move is Glacier Drive. She is a sister of Kaiga and Rouge. She believes Rouge should take her time on remembering. She also has powers and fighting skills of her own. Voice: Shiina Hekiru |

| Suzumaru Koine She is very nice, almost similar to Miki, from Marmalade Boy. She likes Yusuke and she even cried when she saw Rouge at Yusuke's house one morning. She was there because she was worried about him, she even had a basket of food so she can take care of him. The only person who knows about her crush is Kaoro Takami. Voice: Sugawara Shoko |
| Takami Kaoro Sometimes hints that Koine likes Yusuke, by telling him what Koine would do for him. When Yusuke is going to say the wrong thing, she would hurt him, but they are really friends. Voice: Hanba Tomoe |
| Master Raiga A man who has followers that was once friends of the Royal Family of the Underworld. He is against the Family and wants Rouge captured. The reason he needs her is because Rouge has the key to the Seal of Gaia. He is cold and doesn't love. Voice: Morikawa Tomoyuki |
| Vega First enemy Rouge and Yusuke encounter. She brought them (Yusuke, Rouge, and her sisters) to the underworld attempting to capture and kill them, except Rouge. Fortunately, her attempt failed. She was the instructor of the Underworld, and friend of the Royal Family. She is not human-looking, because her skin is white and she has wings. P.S. She loved Raiga. Voice: NA |
| Regulus Brother of Vega. He was saved by Master Raiga, so his life and respect was owed to him, even though he was also a Royal Family follower. He danced with Kaige and liked her a lot. Kaige had the same feelings for him. He is human-looking unlike Vega. Also, he never wanted to attack the Royal Family but he owed Raiga his life. Voice: Hoshi Soichiro |
