En Satsu Goku Kan - upper cuts with his tonfers aimed at the neck or chin.

Futae No Kiwami - used by Sanosuke Sagara and Anji Yukyuzan

Futae No Kiwami - an attack of two swift consecutive punces.  Very powerful

Kiwami Hazushi - He punches himself to neutralize the punch of an opponent

Tou Ate - He uses his knife to propel a shockwave of the Futae No Kiwami

Sanjuu No Kiwami - He snaps his fingers after a Futae No Kiwami punch.

Hinoha Ittou Ryu - used by Toma Sakaki and Heihachiro Sasaki

Shiden No Tachi - A horizontal thrust directed toward the opponent's upper body and neck.  It doesn't give the enemy a chance to fight back, and if done correctly, mortally wounds him.

Shiden Renga No Tachi - This move starts out like the normal shiden blade but, the initial strike is slower, giving the opponent a chance to move to the side which sets him up for a second horizontal slash.

Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu - used by Kenshin Himura and Seijuro Hiko

Ryu Tsui Sen - The user jumps above the opponent and slams down with a single blow.

Do Ryu Sen - Blast the ground causing dirt and rocks to fly at the opponent.

Ryu Sho Sen - Starts low and uppercuts, aiming at the neck.

Ryu Son Sen - The sword is swung in flashes, each one hitting the opponenet.

Sou Ryu Sen - Used to defeat Jin'eh, this is a simple battoujutsu slash, dut the sword is followed dirrectly by the sheath as a second weapon.

Kuzo Ryu Sen - Attacks the nine vital points of the body all at once.

Amaka Keru Ryu No Hirameki - an ultra fast battoujutsu swing that leads off with the left foot instead of the right.  Even if the user misses, it creates a vacume that draws the enemy closer for a second strike.

Honjou Ryu - used by Kamatari Honjou

Midare Benten - the scythe is whipped over the head, the chain forming a sphere.

Benten Mawashi - He picks up the broken end of the chain with the scythe and swings it.

Honshuu Ryu Daikusarigamajutsu - Just a basic move that can be done with a scythe.

Homoradama - used by Shishio Makoto

Kagu Tsuchi - He scrapes the full length of the sword along the scabbard and causes a tornado of flame around the sword, engulfing his enemies.

Guren Kaina - Gunpowder is hidden in his glove and explodes when ever fire is put near it.

Kempo - used by Misao Makimachi, Hanya, and Aoshi Shinomori
- Keicho Geri - A jumping kick towards the head

Kansatsu Tobi Kunai - Throwing kunai in both hands at the opponent.

Shinwan No Jyutsu - streaching arm spell

Kodachi Nitou Ryu
- used by Aoshi Shinomori

Ososugi de Ugoki - he moves around his opponents at varying speeds, making multiple images of himself to confuse his foe.

Kaiten Kenbu - He spins around three times, giving his opponent three slashes to the chest.

Kaiten Kenbu Rokuren - He grips his kodachi backhanded and runs forward. Then, beginning with either hand, he slashes the enemy six times.

Onmyou Kousa - Counter attack move. First he blocks the opponents weapon with his first kodachi, then he presses the second kodachi against the back of the first, which can break the opponent's weapon.

Onmyou Hasshi - He throws one kodachi hidden dirrectly behind the other so the opponent only sees one kodachi.

Goku Juuji - He crosses both kodachi at the point, like a pair of scissors.  He aims for the main arteries of the neck.

Nikaido Heiho Ryu
- used by Jin'eh Udo

Jyuumonji Kata Kara Take Wari - a one hit kill.  Attack in possitions similar to the japanese characters one, eight, and ten.

Shin No Ippou - the One-Sided Heart.  He sends his ki into his enemies eyes and crushes their ki, rendering them immobile.

Hyoki no Jutsu - Uses Shin no Ippou on yourself.  Makes you stronger and faster.

Muteki Ryu:
- Gofu Baku - A punch that can crack bones

Saiki Kanuma
- used by Shigure Takimi
  -
Kanuma Shogetsu Ken - He draws his sheath at the opponent's face and uses it to distract an opponent and then the opponent can't see the dirrection that the sword will be comeing from,

Shouyo Ken - The attacker moves in a circular motion, attacking with both the sword and the sheath.  This technique requires an iron sheath.

Shohi Ken - Using the iron sheath, the swordsman lights the arena on fire so that he can attack from behind the flames.

Hiken Soto Ken - Basically it's just the Shouyo Ken in mid air.

Shinko Ryu
- used by Raijuta Isarugi
 
- Matoi Izuna - a strike that creates a wave through the ground.

 
- Tobi Izuna - the sword creates a wave of a vacume, a traveling gap in the air.

Ryuukyuu
- used by Usui Unuma
 
- Bouken Bougyoku Hyakka Ryouran - Attacks with multiple slashes from his spear and repeated thrusts from the Iron base of the spear.

Tenbu no Sai Niyoru Ken
- used by Soujirou Seta

Shukuchi - A body technique in which you spring from your initial speed directly into your top speed in an instant.  To a normal person it would seem as though the distance between the two fighters has shrunk.

Shun Ten Satsu - He combines battoujutsu with the true Shukuchi.  The speed behind the Shun Ten Satsu completely equals that of Kenshin's Amakakeru Ryu No Hirameki.  The two techniques are exactly the same except the Shun Ten Satsu is uses while running at the opponent and is slightly less powerful.
