Very Special Note:
A fighter must train for a long time to use a weapon that requires skill that he doesn't have.  This does not apply to the weapon a character starts out with.  As well, there are certain items that can only be bought if your item has been destroyed such as the Zanbatou. Also, "Very little training" means 2 to 3 days, "Must train to use" means 5 to 7 days, and the item limits are strict.  Normal Items are below

Opium                           100 yen for 3

Opium can be used durring battle to make your fighting style move differently and can throw-off your enemies predictions. However, if you use this item, you will become dependant on it and you will have to buy three every three weeks forever.

Police Whistle                   80 yen

A police whistle is for incase you start to lose a fight, you blow the whistle to call police to the area.  This is an item for a weak or new fighter, but it doesn't make you seem very brave.  A fighter that chooses to have the lifestyle of police will already have this item.

Human Oil                    400 yen

Use Human Oil to coat your weapon in.  If you create friction on that part of the weapon that has been coated (primarily by pulling the blade from it's sheath) that part will catch fire for a period of time. Usually about 10 to 20 minutes. (durration of fight for game purposes).  This may only be used once.

Medicine                     300 yen

This commom item cures you of 1 day of healing.

Penicillin                     500 yen

A new type of medecine.  This item heals you of 2 days healing.

Sacred Vein                 700 yen

This anciant remedy can cure your caracter instantly of 5 days healing.
