Bio: Shikiro fought as an Imperialist mercenasy and hittokiri durring the Bakumatsu. He never believed in the causes of the war, he was just paid to fight. He was feared because of his unique style. Shikiro uses a Kodachi at the same time with his Katana. This style of Kodachi Nitou Ryu fit only with him. Now, with nothing to do he wanders across Tokyo and Kyoto and helps innocent people. He wears a full body, tight-to-skin black suit over all of his body (except his head) under his faded yellowish-tan colored, closed, sleveless robe. His hair lays an inch below his eyes and is combed to the right side, covering one of his sky blue eyes. |

Bio: Leader of the third division of the Shinsengumi (Miburo, or wolfs of Mibu), the most powerful group in the days of the revolution, he is said to be one of the most powerful Shinsengumi members. He has his own sense of justice that comes above all, the "Aku Soku Zan" (which means kill evil instantly), it was the only truth the Shinsengumi knew of. He and Kenshin fought several times in the days of the revolution, but no battle had a clear end, he still wishes to finish his fight with Kenshin though. After the revolution ended he joined the armed forces of the police. He is extremely stubborn, like all the Shinsengumi were. They all used the same stance only with different variations and they would carry on using it in battle even if it did not work. |

He learned most of the techniques without much problem. When he overheard that learning the last technique and to become the sucessor, he must kill his master, Shiro vanished. This was just before the war. Now, 4 years after the war, he has been wandering around Tokyo, still using the Sakabatou that he used during the revolution. His name translated means "White Fear", and that has been picked up as his nickname, even though he dislikes fighting. Short cut, silver hair and green eyes frame his face. Normally he wears a white kimono with blue pants. |
