Inghams missing chicken

I sent an e-mail to Ighams chicken, They didn't reply

Hello, I recently purchased a box of chicken schnitzels and after consumption I was reading the box, on the box it says that there are 2 shnitzels inside, I dont understand, I ate them, they are in my stomach, not some box in my freezer.

please elaborate.
