You can come here for more help on your physics,
chemistry, biology and maths. The Webmasters promise to soon have
the non-scientific subjects like commerce, history, geography and
computers also represented. The site covers the syllabus from
class 5 to 12 of the Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu
boards, as well as the CBSC and ICSC. Once you make your
selection of class and board, you can load the book of your
choice. The chapters and lessons in the books cover a wide range
of topics and also include question papers. The Java applets
which load up are attractive and informative but do take a while
to load. This will certainly increase your online time,
particularly as the entire information is only available online
at present and cannot be downloaded. Though you required to be a
registered user, you can always get in as a guest and still have
access to the whole site. A useful service here is that you can
post a question that bothers you and have students, teachers and
parents from all over the world answering your it. There is a
prize evey month for the best question and the best answer. Other
features include chat, discussion forum and community activities.

attractive, but they are certainly available in the practical PDF
format for easy download. It covers the syllabus from class 8 to
12 for the Maharashtra Board exams and also for ICSE and CBSE.
The main offering for these exams are question papers and their
solutions, though online tuitions are available for selected
topics (science and maths), all for free. The site seems to have
a tie-up with Chate Classes for providing online tuitions on a
wide variety of topics with a course fee of Rs 7,500 and 10,000 (postal
charges extra) for the SSC and HSC exams respectively. Other
sections include an interactive quiz, tips given by exam toppers,
creating a school and class community and online chat and
discussions.

without a paper and pen.

Oh, these 'something 2 something'
nomenclatures. Now this site calls itself E2C, meaning education
to consumer. Well, all the other education portals also provide
the same. This site specialises in adaptive learning modules
which starts with questions that match your current abilities. As
you begin to learn and do well, the model automatically
personalises your course and increases the difficulty of
questions, till you finally reach the toughest level. The site
specialises in entrance exams and has begun with the common
admission test for the MBA. The course is available for Rs 3,000
per student. The course combines both online and offline
technologies and requires students to undergo a comprehensive and
regorous test comprising 199 questions spread over nine tests.
More modules are in the offing for IIT-JEE, medical, law and some
post graduate entrance exam courses. Career counselling also
forms an important feature of the site.
