| Executive Board Officers |
| President * Shall preside at all meetings, events and functions of the club. * Shall appoint all committee chairpersons and oversee them as well as her supporting officers. * Shall keep a master list of active members and Club property locations (i.e., clothing racks). * Shall turn over all Club property and papers to incoming President. * Shall be responsible for keeping the club listed with LINC. |

| Co -Vice Presidents Programming (2 members) * Shall assist the President in any capacity as the President deems necessary and perform all duties of President in her absence. * Shall keep a master copy of the Club bylaws and shall chair a revision committee whose purpose is to update and distribute bylaws to Club members after the voting of the November meeting. * Shall be in charge of establishing programs for each monthly meeting. Vice President Media Relations / Newsletter * Shall assist the President in any capacity as the President deems necessary. *Shall keep a master email list for distribution of monthly newsletter and club communications * Shall work on community awareness of club and building clubs standing within the community. |
| Secretary * Shall be in charge of prospect and new member packet distribution, or delegate to a volunteer. * Shall keep a record (minutes) of all business conducted at the monthly Club meetings and read minutes when requested, as well as submit a record of the minutes for the newsletter. * Shall take care of all written correspondence for the Club in a timely fashion (Thank you, Get well, etc). * Shall provide members with updated membership directories. * Shall have the option to share duties and responsibilities with committee members. |
| Treasurer * Shall receive all moneys of the Club and keep an accurate account of the receipts and expenditures. * Shall give a financial report at monthly meetings. * Shall submit appropriate budget reports in the newsletter. * Shall create a Club budget and after the induction banquet, close the previous year's books and give such accounting to the new treasurer along with a copy of the proposed budget. |
| Club Advisor * Shall be appointed by the President from volunteers who have held an executive office for this Club in the past. * Shall be responsible for assisting all executive officers and performing the duties of these officers should they be unable to carry out such responsibilities until such executive officer or officers are able to resume their office or a replacement is elected. |
| Chaplain * Shall have an option to share duties and responsibilities between two people. * Shall be responsible for coordinating support efforts in the way of meals, cards for members who are ill, injured, just given birth, experienced death in the family, etc. * Shall evaluate requests for moneys from the emergency fund and give recommendations to the Executive Board. * Shall submit encouraging or inspiring articles, poems, etc., to newsletter for Chaplain's Corner and may give a brief devotional at the beginning of each meeting. |
