The Fall/Winter sale will be Saturday, August 22, 2009 at the Agricenter International - Cordova, TN WEST PAVILION Drop-Off Times Thursday, August 20th - Seller drop-off from 9 am - 7:30pm Friday, August 21st -- Seller drop-off from 9 am - 1:00pm Pre-Shop Times -- Members who work pre-shop-----5 pm - 9 pm -- Members who do not work a shift pre-shop-----5:30 pm - 9 pm -- Non-Member Sellers who work 2 Shifts-----5:30 pm - 9 pm -- Non-Member Sellers who work 1 Shift-----6:30 pm - 9 pm -- Non-member Sellers who do not work pre-shop-----7 pm - 9pm Public Shopping Times Saturday, August 22nd -- Public Sale 7 am - 3:30pm Closed from 12-1 to set up for Red Tag Half Price Sale Red Tag 1/2 price sale -- 1 pm - 3:30 pm -- Pick up unsold items at 6:00 pm ***Any items left by 6:30 pm will be donated*** |

| Other notes: * Don't forget to sign up to work a 3.5 hour shift -- details on the Seller Sign up Form (link above). * Please remember to bring your self-addressed and STAMPED envelope for your check to be mailed to you when you drop off your items. You can purchase one at the sale $1.00 * No torn, stained, or off-season clothes will be accepted. * You MUST use the tags provided by MOMC and CAN NOT use safety pins to attach your tags. |
