| P.A.C.T. Parents Abducting Children Today Dedicated to Bryan and Dwayne The Ferrell Boys I figure I have 3 states to work with. Wv is a primary target. Perhaps around the Elkins area. I suspect Dwayne Ferrell is around this area on and off. Official confirmation in a WV DHHR report is that Dwayne was relocated to Somewhere,Pa in 2003. However, since he was relocated to another state, (SUPPOSEDLY )it was no longer WV DHHR jurisdiction to do any follow ups. I did not track this paperwork down until 2004. The same files have notations that I had called Wv DHHR as far back as 2002. Thank you, Midland Elementary and DHHR of Randolph County for your support! (psstttttttt yeah, that was sarcastic ;) I believe Bryan Ferrell could be somewhere between Ohio and Pennsylvania. I have not been able to officially place Bryan anywhere since the files I recieved from (yup...you guessed it) Midland Elementry. (WV DHHR mentioned that Bryan was in Ohio at one point. again, no longer their concern!) Once more, thank you, WV DHHR and Midland Elementary...you go! I am NOT looking to drag either of these boys through a custody battle...The both of them are too old for that.(at 17 and 15 I think THEY should have a LOT of say. This hasnt been easy for them either, Im sure ) I guess right now, Im just trying to make contact and let them know Im here. That I never gave up the search, no matter what they've heard. Hopefully try to rebuild some kind of....at this point, what? friendship? Let them know where I live...that kinda thing. I suppose what Im hoping is that through this profile, SOMEONE knows at least ONE of these boys, sees that something here is just not right...and passes my message on along.
