INSTRUCTIONS
For insertion or removal of identification tags
Slide hook open sideways with finger nails. Slide, do not force. See illustration No.1
Keep tag in upper corner of clasp as in illustration No.2, when opening or closing. Otherwise the clasp can neither be opened or closed. Then close hooks as in illustration No.3. This locks the identification tag.
NOTE - over the years we have noticed that modern reproduction tags tend to have holes which are not quite as big around as original tags. You might need to widen the hole in your reproduction tags just a hair for a proper fit.
