| 12 oz. vanilla-flavored candy coating or almond bark, cut into pieces 1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles 1 cup salted peanuts Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Melt candy coating in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts. Drop teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Let stand until set. Store in refrigerator. 6 candies |
