| Chocolate cake mix 1 tub (8 ounces) cool whip 14 ounces flaked coconut Prepare cake mix as directed. Spoon into 18 greased or paper lined muffin cups. Bake 20 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks. Remove paper liners if used. Spread cool whip on bottoms and sides of cupcakes. Press coconut flakes into coolwhip. Place cupcakes, top sides down, refrigerate until ready to serve. |
